Heavenly Inquisition Sword Chapter 60 is going to be the latest installment in the Fantasy-Action-Adventure-Martial Arts Manhwa. The story follows the neglected son of one of the world’s strongest Martial Artists who becomes the sole inheritor of his Martial Arts Techniques.
Yeon Mur-Yong had two wives, and our protagonist Yeon Jeo-Kha was the son of his second wife. The 2nd Wife was the one whom Mur-Yong was in love with.
His first wife was well aware of this fact and resented her for it. When his 2nd wife died during childbirth, Mur-Yong fell into depression and locked himself in his late wife’s room. This left Jeo-Kha in the care of his first wife, who took out all her frustrations on him.
Jeo-Kha was nothing but a plaything to his stepmom and siblings. And after the death of his father, he was abandoned altogether. He was banished from the house to a storeroom.
Jeo-Kha was all alone, with not even a place to rest his head. That was where he met Goddess Jiutian Xuannü. The Nine Heavens Sword Technique, which his father used, was passed to him from Jiutian Xuannü.
And since he abandoned his family, he was denied access to it. That was also why there is no physical manual for training in the Nine Heavens Sword Technique. It had to be learned directly from the Goddess Jiutian Xuannü herself.
And she chooses to train Jeo-Kha as her inheritor. Jeo-Kha would spend the next decade in what can only be considered isolation training. He trained in the Nine Heavens Sword Technique day and night till he was proficient.
He broke out of the storeroom and escaped to the mountains. After accidentally eating a poisonous mushroom and collapsing in the middle of the forest, he is saved by Pung Yeon-Cho, the leader of the Mt. Wufeng Bandits.
There he experienced the love and appreciation he had yearned for all his life. In addition to his superb martial arts skills, he became an irreplaceable part of the Mt. Wufeng Hideout.
With his help, they were able to be recognized by the Bandits Union and became one of the strongest hideouts in the Union. Jeo-Kha’s talent continued to surprise everyone that exchanged blows with him. Even a Wudan Sect Elder was humbled by his prowess.
The Bandit Union Summit story arc has come to an end. After fighting Seok Mu-Hae, the Heaven Shattering Demon Lord, the leader of the Bandit Union, and one of the Strongest 10 Martial Artists in the world on equal footing, Jeo-Kha left a lasting impression on the entire Bandit Union.
Mu-Hae was deeply impressed by Jeo-Kha and offered him the position of Head Guard of the Bandit Union. After some convincing from Ryeo-Si, he accepted.

We saw the Master of the Ascension School rush to the Nangong Clan Manor in a panic. He apologizes for his haste explaining that it was an emergency. He came to ask Nangong Yeon for her help in finding a promising young student of theirs. Deung-Cho left his home several days ago, making his way to the Ascension School. However, he has gone missing, and it’s as if he dropped off the face of the Earth.
There have been rumors about another school called Soring Dragon School. However, their intentions as of now are not clear. The Master of the Ascension School is certain that they had something to do with Deung-Cho’s disappearance.
He wants Yeon to come to the bottom of the matter with her alleged mind-reading abilities. Her father seems to think her ability is just luck. Looks like that may not be the case after all.
Heavenly Inquisition Sword Chapter 60 Spoilers & Predictions
Since Jeo-Kha became a head guard for the Bandits Union, he has had to leave Mt. Wufeng and travel to other Bandit Union hideouts to keep order and to solve any issues they are facing.
Even though he is not happy about the decision, he must adhere to it as it’s in the best interest of Mt. Wufeng. One way or the other Jeo-Kha will run into either the Soring Dragon School or Nangong Yeon. It’s just a matter of time, most probably in Chapter 60.
