Update from @UPS - "We’re sorry your parcel was delayed. We are adjusting delivery plans as quickly as possible. Your delivery will be rescheduled.".They've sat on it for three days and are only now bothering to try to sort it out. It won't be delivered today.

@UPS we have been trying to get our shipment for the past one week but even after multiple phone calls and emails there is no progress. The driver was scheduled to deliver it on Friday (26/8) but he/she never arrived. When we complained your customer service just rescheduled 1/2

@UPS Why did you not deliver it to my House? I am disabled and now I have to go fetch it. I paid for door to door delivery and your driver didn't bother to deliver it. I have been home all day. This has happened Twice in a week?

@UPS I’d rather not follow if possible since I don’t hope to regularly lose packages. I contacted the seller and am awaiting a resolution. In the meantime, I just wanted to point out that “left at locker” isn’t really proof of delivery. There are only mailboxes at the shipping address

However, there is no progress since then. We are worried about our package. This is really annoying and also irresponsible from @UPS who are not valuing the time and money of the customer. I expect my packages to be delivered today as mentioned by your customer service. (2/2)

@UPS One of your employees at your location 16769 Bernardo Center Drive Suite 1 San Diego, CA 92128 threatened to throw away (in a local trash bin) my return box to Amazon. I admit that I was wrong in not properly preparing my returned box. Terrible service

@USPS Honesty don't understand the issues. Your desk people at the Psot office in Greenfield Wisconsin are rude and don't tend to do anything extra to help, Your phone line is like talking to a 2 year old that doesn't help. Can we get @JoeBiden and the Government to use @UPS plz

Does @UPS know that they have outrageous delivery issues in Indy? I mean, HUGE issues. They don't know WHERE Indy is many days. But mostly, they don't know how to sort, and they don't have functioning machines or trucks. Mechanical failures out the *****. No refunds. Nice.

@UPS @UPS is the worst! Paid for 2nd day air, was to receive package yesterday but it shipped from KY to Maryland instead of Ohio, where it’s supposed to go.They said “sorting problems” then went BACK to KY. Was supposed to be delivered today and now “weather delay” what a joke!

@UPS Hi Erick, I will reach out to UPS via their website with those details. I was just hoping for a general answer as to why “proof of delivery” from UPS doesn’t include a photo like Lasership does, which was very helpful & I got the package. The "locker” is a very vague description!
